
- 400 ml of milk
- 3 eggs yolk
- 40 gr of white sugar
- 15 gr of cornstarch
- 40 gr of shredded coconut
- cocoa powder for dusting
Grab a pot and pour the milk. Right away, add the coconut, mix it to boiling stirring with a wooden spoon.

Meanwhile, we beat the yolks with the sugar and the cornstrach.
Once all the ingredients are nicely integrated, we are pouring the mixture into the pot with the heated milk and mix over low heat until thickened.
Split the cream into four cups and we will wait till the cream cools slightly. Then, put them in the fridge for 2-3 hours and they are ready to enjoy!
Just before serving, sprinkle the cups with a little cocoa powder and you will have a very nice chocolate touch!
